More About Dustin Godwin

Dustin is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Missouri and a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Phi Alpha National Social Work Honor Society. He earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2024.

Dustin is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and discover their capacity for growth and resilience. He works with adults, adolescents, and couples, using a strengths-based approach and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. Dustin believes in meeting clients where they are, empowering them to build on their unique strengths, and fostering a collaborative, supportive therapeutic relationship.

Before becoming a therapist, Dustin spent more than a decade in the financial industry, where he developed a strong foundation in financial literacy and a deep appreciation for building authentic client relationships. This experience continues to inform his work today, particularly in helping clients manage stress, life transitions, and financial-related concerns.

Outside of his professional life, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their dog. He is an active volunteer with the American Tinnitus Association (ATA) and finds balance through time outdoors, reading, attending concerts, exploring local breweries, and watching sports.

Dustin is under the supervision of Katie Wilde.
