More About Ella Tischer

Clinical Interests:

I work with individuals navigating a range of emotional and life challenges, with a particular focus on the perinatal period—including pre- and postnatal mental health. I’m passionate about supporting new and expecting parents as they adjust to major life transitions, shifts in identity, and the emotional complexities that can arise during this deeply personal time.

My clinical interests also include anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth, and navigating life changes. I take a holistic, person-centered approach that looks at the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves through mind-body connection.

I also work with individuals who are on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Boundary-setting, emotional awareness, and self-compassion are key areas I help clients explore and strengthen. I strive to create a calm, grounded space where growth and discovery can take place.

Clinical Approach:

I offer a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each individual is unique, with their own story, strengths, and path to healing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that supports growth, healing, and self-discovery. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor our work to your specific needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic practices that best support your well-being. I consider the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, and life experiences—because I believe real healing happens when we look at the full picture of who you are.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s meaningful to you, uncover patterns, and help you move toward greater clarity, inner strength, and a more authentic life.

Hobbies:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, soaking in the sunshine, and connecting with nature through activities like hiking and camping. Being in the natural world brings me peace and helps me recharge. I cherish spending quality time with my family, exploring new places, and experiencing new adventures together. I have a deep passion for learning new things, whether through workshops, experiences, or simply discovering new things in everyday life. These hobbies help me maintain balance and enrich my life with joy, curiosity, and meaningful connections.
