Clinical Interests:
As a student I am still learning so much about myself as a clinician. I am interested in working with individuals across the lifespan, children, teens, and adults. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at, while providing clients with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Encouraging an environment where clients are able to explore themselves and work towards meaningful growth. I am looking forward to strengthening my skills and building strong, therapeutic relationships with clients.
Hobbies:
One of my favorite things to do is move my body! I enjoy walks, lifting at the gym, pilates, and yoga. I am an animal lover, big and small, I am always spending time with all of the pets in my life. I am also a big sports fan; I love keeping up with whatever sport is in season! Lastly, I love to be creative in everything I do, lately that has looked like exploring new coffee recipes!
