More About Erin Anderegg
Clinical Interests:
I specialize working with individuals ages 6-20, supporting them in challenges of emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth. I enjoy helping young individuals explore their identities, build healthy coping skills, and process life experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach centers on understanding each client’s unique life experiences, values, and beliefs, and how these shape who they are. I often use art, play, and sand tray therapy techniques to help kids and teens express themselves in a way that feels natural and engaging. I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and experiential approaches to promote emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, hiking, crafting, and spending time with my two dogs, Bailey and Stella. Being outside if one of my favorite things as I enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, and adventuring to other places I have not been.
