Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with teenager, kids and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress management and a variety of other diagnoses similar.
Clinical Approach:
I use CBT, supportive therapy, narrative therapy, and aspects of play therapy and art therapy to help clients see they are valuable, important and wanted. I want clients to become the best versions of themselves through the therapeutic process.
Hobbies:
I enjoy running, hiking, spending time with my husband and two kids, and finding a good book!
