Clinical Interests:
I am particularly interested in working with teenagers and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, stress, and other major life events.
Clinical Approach:
I want all individuals who walk into my office to feel welcomed and as though they belong. Life can be hard and scary to navigate, and I strive to be the calm in the chaos for all clients.
Hobbies:
Some of my hobbies include going home to visit family, watching a good reality TV show with friends, reading, going to Iowa Hawkeye games, and music concerts!
