Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy services to children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals, families and couples, with my clinical interests being: relationship and family dynamics, communication skills, conflict resolution, life transitions, anxiety, depression and anger management.
Clinical Approach:
Creating a safe space where you can be your most authentic self is something that I strive to provide. I enjoy collaborating with you or your family from a strengths-based, and person-centered approach. I believe in meeting each client in where they are at and using a few different approaches depending on identified goals for therapy. The clinical approaches I like to utilize are psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Thearpy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
Hobbies:
I love to golf, hike, read, take my two dogs to the dog park and spend time with my family and friends.
