Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients. I have a passion for working with those who are experiencing life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and gender identity.
Clinical Approach:
My therapeutic approach is rooted in strengths based, client centered framework. I view therapy as a collaborative process where a client is the expert on their own life and my role is to identify strengths and external resources. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard.
Hobbies:
Spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading and the Green Bay Packers!
