Heather is a retired Air Force veteran, single mother, and licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. She specializes in supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating post-traumatic stress (PTSD/C-PTSD), brain injuries, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
