My goal is to help clients move toward their best self and greatest potential. My practice draws from evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy. During session I work with the individual to reflect on what has and has not worked so we can identify tools to better self-regulate, communicate more effectively and to manage distress. I believe in providing a non-judgmental, safe and authentic space for clients to build the confidence to continue navigating and embracing life.
