Jayden recently completed her master’s degree in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, and is working towards LPCC Licensing. She has been working in the mental health field for 5 years now in various roles. Jayden has been with Sagent Behavioral Health for 2 years working with many populations within the Twin Cities Area.
Working within the EMBD program, Jayden strives towards creating strong therapeutic relationships with both children and their families. Jayden utilizes play-based, strengths-based, relationship-based, and mindfulness based techniques within the therapeutic setting to help children meet their goals.
Jayden gained interest in the protector overwatch program as much of her family is rooted within the protector field. Within the therapeutic setting Jayden values creating a warm, accepting, welcoming environment that allows her clients to meet their individualized goals. Jayden hopes to help protectors build routines and structures within their life that promote well-being.
Outside of work, Jayden enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, traveling, and finding new hiking spots!
