Jazzmyn is a pre-licensed mental health therapist that works from a systemic viewpoint to help clients recognize the effects of their relationships and society. She keeps her clients at the center of collaborative therapeutic work and likes to use humor, reframing of negative thoughts and positive self talk. Jazzmyn is passionate about helping her clients build confidence in themselves and helping clients recognize the importance of self compassion. She knows how difficult it can be to reach out for help, so she meets her clients with patience and understanding. The ability to listen, validate a client’s feelings and respond authentically allows her to connect with clients at their own pace.

Outside of work, Jazzmyn can be found with her German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever, spending time in nature, enjoying a good book or watching Marvel movies!
