Clinical Interests:
Jenny focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship, and helping clients feel comfortable as they move forward step by step toward their goals. Jenny provides individual, group, couples, marital and family therapy to children over 6, adolescents and adults. She is experienced in treating a wide variety of mental health issues including trauma, sexual issues, depression, and anxiety. Jenny is trained to work with families going through divorce, law enforcement officers and their families, and Veterans.
Whether clients are feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or simply not meeting life goals, Jenny believes therapy can help. So often, clients come to therapy feeling as though no one else has listened to them or taken them seriously. It is her goal to make clients feel heard and understood, while providing guidance to assist them to take steps to improve their well-being. Jenny enjoys clients who are therapy skeptics, as well as those who are ready to dive in!
Hobbies:
Outside of work, Jenny’s focus is being a mom to her active family. She spends her summers camping and fishing with her family and wants to improve her (minimal) golf skills!
