Jessica believes everyone matters, deserves to be encouraged by someone trusted, and have a safe and accepting place to belong. She believes there is power in community with others. She is passionate about relationships, curious about human behavior, and understanding others’ perspectives.
Everyone gets stuck in life at times and needs encouragement. Jessica uses her casual, warm, and non-judgmental style to listen, guide, and support clients to reach their identified goals in therapy. Because everyone is unique, she customizes her approach and timing for each person to realize their possibilities, leverage their strengths and capabilities, and encourage movement.
When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, and nurturing relationships with loved ones.
