I specialize in Substance Use Disorders that addresses underlying psychological issues with substance abuse that negatively impacts their life and helping them form a foundation for sobriety by providing education, case management services, and individual therapy.
Clinical Approach:
I focus on an empathetic approach towards client to provide a judgement free environment that helps the client feel understood. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to address emotional dysregulation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address distorted thinking as well personal barriers which includes self-sabotage that hinders self-growth and self-actualization.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading nonfiction books, playing bass guitar, driving in nature, riding the bicycle, and spending time with close friends and close family members.
