Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests center on trauma-informed care, including supporting individuals impacted by acute and chronic trauma. I am interested in the future integration of EMDR techniques and in working with children and adolescents to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy development.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach integrates Adlerian and feminist perspectives, with an emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, and trauma-informed care. I focus on understanding how early experiences, relationships, and systemic factors shape a client’s worldview, while supporting clients in developing insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of agency.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, trying new foods, and spending time with my wife. I also like learning new things and finding ways to improve myself.
