More About Maddi Meierotto

Clinical Interests:

Maddi is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. She utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care, to create a holistic, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s needs. With a deep commitment to fostering independence, building self-esteem, and boosting confidence, Maddi focuses on creating a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, understanding, and trust. She believes every client deserves a safe space to explore their emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and work toward meaningful change. When she’s not working, Maddi enjoys reading and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her rambunctious dog. A proud Minnesota sports fan, you’ll often find her cheering on the state’s teams, especially the Wild and the Loons.
