More About Mandy Schneider
Clinical Interests:
Mandy is a currently working towards licensure after graduating with her Master’s degree Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mandy uses compassion and empathy to work with adolescents and adults to navigate through their mental health needs. Mandy found herself drawn to this field due to her compassion and empathy of those navigating through their own unique mental health journeys. Mandy uses a blended approach of CBT and DBT based strategies unique to each client. Mandy is also a mental health advocate as a spokesperson for several non-profit organizations throughout the state speaking out on the stigmas surrounding mental health.
Outside of work, Mandy is the personal chef and chauffeur to her eight-year-old stepson in addition to her two four-legged fur children. She spends her days off exploring Minnesota with her family, especially the great food!
