Clinical Interests:
My passion is supporting couples, and single adults 18 and up as they navigate anxiety, depression or major life transitions. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey. I love helping others find hope in God, but warmly welcome clients of varying faith backgrounds.
Clinical Approach:
I am excited that God is doing a new thing in my life by equipping me to come alongside people in the role of a counselor. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet my client’s needs. I use person-centered, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy to collaborate with and help you discover your God-given strengths.
Hobbies:
In my personal life, my greatest joy is spending time with my two young children. One of my favorite ways to find peace is in the beauty of nature – I love walking, boating, fishing, crafting, traveling, baking and hanging out with my friends.
