Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and family therapy. My clinical interest is in working with the BIPOC community. I specialize in working with immigration with the Latinx/Hispanic populations and with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I offer services in both English and Spanish.
Clinical Approach:
I enjoy meeting clients where they are, providing a foundation for a therapeutic relationship. I enjoy being relational with my client and providing a safe place they can use. I utilize a person-centered approach along with narrative, and cognitive therapy as a way to address my clients in a safe and positive way.
Hobbies:
My personal interest/hobbies include hanging out with my family, trying new coffee places, traveling, reading about the history of culture/race among populations, and enjoying the sunshine when I can.
