Clinical Interests:
My primary clinical interests are ADHD, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, and thoughtful, individualized medication tapering/deprescribing when appropriate. I stay current on the latest research and enjoy the challenge of finding the right balance of medications (or sometimes no medications) that lets someone truly feel like themselves again.

I combine years of emergency medicine and crisis psychiatry experience with a warm, collaborative style—think clear explanations, shared decision-making, and practical plans that fit your actual life. My goal is for you to leave every appointment understanding exactly why we’re doing what we’re doing and feeling hopeful about the next steps.
Hobbies:
When I’m not seeing patients, I’m a huge outdoor enthusiast. You’ll find me hiking with my family and dog, hunting, fishing, camping whenever I can, or kicking back with a good TV series on occasion of a rare quiet night. Staying active and taking care of my own mental health is vital and exactly what makes me a better provider for you.
