Clinical Interests:

Clinical interest working with children, having seen kids as young as 4 years old. I do see across life span until 55 years old, so I can follow my patients through lifes stressors. I specialize in Autism, ADHD, non-verbal, foster care, adoption, and children with behavioral concerns.

My job is not to judge your decisions; my job is to make you as safe as possible in your decisions. To make sure you feel heard, supported, and understood while you are in my care. I also have ADHD and Autism and enjoy how it helps me see my patient’s world. The struggle of mental health, family dynamics, and daily life can make you feel alone. I am here to help support you on this journey.

Hobbies:

I love to be active in life. The outdoors, concerts, time with family and friends. I spent the last 20 years in Grand Rapids MN and enjoyed all the outdoor activities living in the north country offers. I now live in the metro and learning what this offers! There are so many places to explore and I am always up for an adventure.
