My interests are with adults that struggle with relationships, processing traumatic experiences, regulating mood and improving sense of self.

I am a person who meets people where they are and believes everyone should be heard and cared for regardless of their socioeconomic status, past experiences or level of education. I specialize in person-centered treatment and believe that incorporating mindfulness and understanding a person’s learning styles are integral to treatment.
