Hi, my name is Nate Myers. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist helping individuals, couples and families navigate life’s challenges. I work with adolescents and adults. My goal is to help people experience relief from shame, relational issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles. My practice is rooted in client centered approach, utilizing family systems therapy and humor to facilitate positive change and growth through individual and family therapy.
