Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from play therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and developmental-based interventions. I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, meeting clients where they are developmentally and emotionally.
When working with children, I utilize play as a primary form of communication to support emotional expression, coping skills, and self-esteem. I value collaboration with parents and caregivers and incorporate parent support as an essential part of the therapeutic process.
When working with adults, I take a person-centered approach, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore concerns, build insight, and develop effective coping strategies. Treatment is individualized, goal-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, trying new recipes in the kitchen, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
