More About Sarah Fletcher
Clinical Interests:
I work with single adults using a systems-informed, trauma-responsive approach that centers the impact of relational, cultural, and systemic factors on mental health. My experience includes a broad range of presenting concerns, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I am particularly interested in expanding my use of trauma-focused interventions and in reimagining self-care through a more inclusive, equitable, and context-aware lens.
Clinical Approach:
I approach my work from a strengths-based perspective, supporting clients in recognizing their inherent strengths and building resilience in the face of life’s stressors. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each person’s unique story, identity, and what matters most to them.
Hobbies:
Outside of my clinical work, I’m often exploring the outdoors, browsing local bookstores and coffee shops, or hunting for treasures while thrifting and antiquing. I’m a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about people, relationships, and social systems, and I’m continually seeking out new insights and experiences that support both my personal growth and my work as a therapist and advocate.
