Clinical Interests:
A board-certified licensed clinical psychologist, who has worked in the field of mental health since 2001. Therapeutic interests include personality disorders, anxiety, depression, impulse control issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, stress management, adjustment conditions involving life stress, and anger problems. Provides psychological assessment services for adults to evaluate symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, assess intellectual and adaptive functioning, and provide diagnostic clarification to aid in treatment planning decisions.
Clinical Approach:
An integrative and person-centered clinical psychologist, primarily using techniques from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior (DBT), solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Comprehensive DBT is provided for adult referrals who meet criteria for entrance into the nationally-certified DBT program.
