Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working alongside adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges as they identify meaningful goals and move toward lives that reflect their values, strengths, and aspirations. I believe that each person possesses the inherent capacity for growth and I am committed to providing a compassionate environment where individuals can discover their own pathways to recovery. I am especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community as a non-judgmental advocate. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel respected and empowered.

Clinical Approach:

Grounded in person-centered, compassionate care that provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with clients to build healthy coping skills, strengthen communication and life skills, and develop recovery-oriented lifestyles that support long-term wellness. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients address emotional dysregulation, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and overcome barriers to growth. I also incorporate mindfulness and gratitude practices to promote self-awareness and meaningful change.

Hobbies:

Spending time with family, cooking and baking, reading, geocaching, attending art events and farmer’s markets, video games, crafting, painting, coloring, fishing, watching true crime and survival shows, and playing board games.
