  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution Focused Therapy

Clinical Approach:

I offer EMDR telehealth therapy to adults in a safe, supportive space where healing and growth are prioritized. Together, we create diagnostic assessments and personalized treatment plans that reflect your unique experiences and goals. My approach integrates compassionate, evidence-based care—including CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and solution-focused techniques—to support individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, Complex PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and depression.

Hobbies:

In addition to my clinical work, I value staying connected to nature and creativity. I enjoy reading, swimming, biking, hiking, and capturing peaceful moments through outdoor photography. Time with family and friends is deeply important to me and helps me stay grounded. I am committed to ongoing professional growth and make it a priority to stay current with evidence-based treatments, including emerging approaches in EMDR. Mindfulness is a personal and professional practice I embrace to remain present, centered, and attuned to the needs of those I serve.
