Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients in areas such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, life transitions (school, college, marriage, divorce, children, social groups etc.), self-esteem and trauma. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults (12-35) but am always open to expanding my age range. Many of my clients have diagnoses related to depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Clinical Approach:
I like to meet clients where they are at and believe each person is the expert in their own life. My goal is to help clients feel empowered and give them tools to help them create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.
Hobbies:
I love anything that involves nature; camping, hiking, walking my dogs, sightseeing, traveling, and snowboarding. I also love having slow days where I can read or binge a new tv show.
