Adult Substance Use Treatment Programs

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured support while allowing you to live at home. This typically involves three 4-hour group sessions and a dedicated individual session each week. Our IOP Program is designed to provide steady support as you work toward stability and lasting recovery.

Our standard outpatient program provides a steady foundation as you work towards meaningful change. This program includes one group session and one individual session per week to help you integrate your recovery skills into your daily routine.

Groups are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, depending on the location and level of care. Meetings will start and end promptly at the times noted (typically, 8am-12pm and 4pm-7pm). Ten-minute breaks at the top of each hour will be provided.

What the Journey to Recovery Looks Like

A Therapeutic Alliance

To us, you are a partner in your recovery, not just a patient number.
We prioritize building a relationship rooted in kindness and mutual respect.

Practical Resilience

In treatment, you’ll work on building practical skills that support lasting change. You’ll learn how to navigate environmental triggers, improve nutrition, and rediscover social activities that bring you joy without the need for substances.

A Safety Net of Support

From peer-led alumni groups to family programming, we ensure you have a committed support system cheering you on long after your 10-week program concludes.

Frequently Asked Questions

The primary difference is the intensity of support. IOP (ASAM 2.1) is designed for those who need more frequent check-ins and group work (12 hours/week), while standard outpatient (ASAM 1.0) is a step-down level (4 hours/week) focused on maintaining the progress you’ve already made. Both levels are approachable and tailored to your clinical needs.

Absolutely. Support from others can make the healing process stronger and more sustainable. Our program includes family programming to help your loved ones understand your journey, rebuild trust, and become an active part of your support system.
