Sagent Behavioral Health Now In-Network with Chorus Community Health Plans
Sagent Behavioral Health is excited to announce its partnership with Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) as an in-network provider. This collaboration allows more than 136,000 CCHP members in Wisconsin to access Sagent’s comprehensive behavioral health services, including telepsychiatry and in-person care.
