Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with a variety of clients including kids, teens, and young adults, especially those who are neurodivergent or identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Clinical Approach:
My primary goal is to create a safe space for healing, and I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential to that. In addition to the therapeutic relationship and my unconditional positive regard for my clients, I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, and creative approaches such as art, play, and Sandtray Therapy.
Hobbies:
I have a collection of hobbies that includes trying local coffee shops, playing games with my friends and family, reading (mainly murder mysteries), thrifting, bouldering, playing pickleball, buying little trinkets, snuggling with my cats, and doing anything creative!
