Clinical Interests:
I am passionate about working with a large variety of people including adults and kids 12 years old and up. I have extensive experience working with adolescence and young adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses. Whether you are someone struggling with everyday life stressors, severe anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, anger and resentments, and more I am here to help. I have experience working in outpatient and inpatient clinics. I am here to help guide you to self-exploration and growth.
Clinical Approach:
I take a client-centered approach with all of my clients, meaning I prioritize the client’s perspective and needs, and let the client have the opportunity to take more of the lead. I focus primarily on CBT and DBT techniques. Which focuses on a person identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and beliefs while also learning and using emotional regulation skills.
Hobbies:
I love to travel, play with my two adorable miniature lab goldens, fish, golf, and anything outdoors during warmer months. I try to prioritize adding life to my years.
