Andrea is a welcoming, honest, and compassionate therapist. She believes that every person has an untapped strength inside of them, and she enjoys helping her clients to find that strength in themselves. Andrea often uses humor or sarcasm to lighten some of the dark places in life. She has experienced her own mental health challenges and uses that experience to assist her clients.
Andrea values working with clients in nearly all stages of life, dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors/changes. Andrea is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, grief, depression, and other concerns.
Andrea spends her time outside of work enjoying nature, building Lego sets (she may own nearly all the Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy sets!), and playing volleyball when she can. Andrea and her boyfriend share their home with furry creatures who run the place. They are also big sports fans, supporting all the MN professional teams and occasionally getting to a game in person.
