More About Cassandra Beyers
Clinical Interests:
Cassandra (Cassie) Beyers, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who helps kids, teens, and young adults figure out life’s ups and downs. Whether that’s managing stress, handling big emotions, navigating friendship drama, or just trying to feel more like yourself. She knows growing up isn’t easy, and therapy can be a space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine.
Before joining Sagent (formerly Ellie), Cassie worked for several years in community based settings, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of connection and belonging in the healing process. She understands that relationships are often both a source of stress and a path to healing, and she is passionate about helping young people feel seen, understood, and supported.
Cassie has particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, foster care and adoption, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.
Clinical Approach:
In sessions, Cassie often integrates creativity through art, play, and hands on activities like Legos or sand tray therapy to help clients explore what’s going on inside. She partners with young people and their support systems to strengthen relationships, build confidence, face fears with courage, and find practical tools to manage stress.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors (“touching grass” whenever possible), knitting, and caring for her many thriving plants.
