Clinical Interests:
I have an interest in Major Depressive Disorder, Suicideal Ideation, Logo-Therapy, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My fields of interest continue to grow and change whilst in my Masters program as I increase my knowledge and expand my counseling horizon.
Clinical Approach:
Although I am not licensed, I would take a more direct approach to helping clients I like to use evidence based approaches to help individuals, along with real world references to keep the clients interacted. Furthermore, I would find it useful to integrate philosophical, spiritual, or religious doctrines if the situation is appropriate and if the client agrees to the approach. Nevertheless, it is about ensuring client comfortability and maintaining their best interest whilst pursuing the most effective therapeutic approach.
Hobbies:
I am very into fitness, I work out 6 days a week and follow a healthy diet. I enjoy sports, such as MMA, baseball, football, soccer, and hockey. I love reading philosophy books and psychological self-help books. In my free time I hang out with friends, listen to podcasts, watch sports, and work out.
