Clinical Interests:
As a seasoned therapist I will walk alongside others in a therapeutic relationship while actively listening, gently encouraging, and tangibly supporting in a safe, relaxed, and judgement free environment. I have diversified experience working with individual, couples, and families in all stages of life and situations, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, parenting/family issues, conflict resolution, grief, crisis intervention, bullying and trauma.
Clinical Approach:
I will be incorporating clinical counseling skills of mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while including an eclectic of therapies to best serve the client(s) and circumstances. I will use by seasoned years of experience to facilitate the resolution and overcoming of obstacles, difficulties and struggles that arise in life. I am kind, friendly, respectful, honest, trustworthy, empathetic, dedicated, conscientious, and will provide wholistic care and support by establishing evidence-based modalities and skills in a professional manner. I have counseled and supported clients of all ages and backgrounds. I am here to serve you as well.
Hobbies:
My hobbies are spending time with family, friends, watching movies, listening to music, playing games, completing puzzles, relaxing and eating good food.
