Clinical Interests:
My primary interest is seeing adults with major depression, generalized anxiety and other anxiety disorders, perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, for medication management. Along with psychopharmacology, I also have interest in procedural psychiatry including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), and ketamine/esketamine.
Clinical Approach:
Although medications are often an important part of treatment, I believe that patients deserve a holistic approach to their treatment plan incorporating psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, integrated care, and alternative therapies as indicated. I encourage a collaborative relationship to make sure every patient is involved in treatment decisions and that we work together to meet your goals.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two kids and family. I also love to travel and have visited several countries around the world.
