More About Kalianna Brahs

Clinical Interests:

As a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT), my clinical interests center around helping individuals build emotional awareness, resilience, and self-compassion. I’m particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I also enjoy supporting individuals as they navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity development.

I’m drawn to this work because I value the process of helping others uncover patterns, heal from past experiences, and move toward personal growth.

Clinical Approach:

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. I take a holistic and person-centered approach, often integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to support each client’s unique needs and goals.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults, creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. I believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration, self-discovery, and genuine connection, and I strive to help my clients build the tools and confidence to live more balanced, fulfilling lives.

Hobbies:

Outside of my clinical work, I value balance and creativity in my own life. I enjoy spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in activities that nurture both mental and physical wellness. I also love connecting with friends and family, exploring new places, and finding fun new workout classes.
