I am interested in working with adults whose mental health or substance use is impacting a person’s ability to live the life they want to be living.

I take a person centered approach and help client’s discover their own route to recovery from mental health and/or substance use.
Hobbies:
I enjoy running, playing volleyball, or any activity that gets me outside especially during the summer. I also like to read, crochet, doing puzzles, Pinterest, and spending time with friends and family.
