Clinical Interests:
Kelsey is a passionate therapist who believes in healing throughout the lifespan. Some areas of passion for Kelsey include maternal mental health, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and coping with life changes. Kelsey uses holistic and person-centered approaches to support individuals. She creates a safe environment to support individuals in their growth and positive change journey. Kelsey believes that all individuals can benefit from mental health health therapy and support. Prior to joining Ellie, Kelsey worked at a county social services agency with children, adults, older adults, people with severe and persistent mental illness, and people with disabilities.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, biking on the trails, reading, traveling, and scrapbooking.
