More About Larrissa Serafin
Clinical Interests:
As a client-centered therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, emotional and behavioral development, life transitions, substance use, identity shifts, and relational challenges. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique path toward growth and resilience.
Clinical Approach:
I integrate evidence-based modalities including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients build emotional regulation skills, foster self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strengths – always honoring each person’s voice in the process.
Hobbies:
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my pets, reading, sudoku puzzles, hiking, and being outdoors!
