More About Lauren Willberg
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with people of all ages, children, teens, and adults, and I’m especially interested in supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, and challenges to their mental health. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Clinical Approach:
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with guidance from Dr. Emily Nagoski and Dr. Amelia Nagoski’s work on burnout prevention. I focus on helping clients notice patterns, build on strengths, and explore practical strategies for change. My goal is to make therapy a space where clients feel understood and supported while finding practical ways to move through challenges.
Hobbies:
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me making music, roller skating, at the movies, or spending time with my family and friends. I also love long walks outdoors and finding simple ways to recharge and stay connected to my community.
