Clinical Interests:
I have over 20 years of experience, primarily serving adolescent youth, and I am also interested in working with single adults, families, and couples. My background includes supporting clients managing stress, anxiety, depression, and general mental health and well-being concerns, regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis.

My clinical approach revolves around meeting you where you are and working together to resolve any current challenges you may be facing. I aim to help you identify your inner strengths and capacity for healing, allowing you to effectively apply the strategies developed in our sessions to your daily life. I am also experienced in incorporating mindfulness techniques and support into my practice to enhance the therapeutic process.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, usually around the house and also the occasional road trip. I coach soccer and am passionate about helping players reach their full potential both on and off the pitch (soccer field). I like to get my hands dirty doing landscaping and work around the house. In my down time I like to read and play video games.
