More About Natalie Wolf Kuchinski
Clinical Interests:
Natalie is a 2026 graduate of Concordia College. She is particularly interested in supporting individuals navigating chronic health disorders, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders (SUDs). Through her internship experience at Lotus Recovery, Inc., she developed a strong appreciation for harm-reduction and recovery-oriented care. Natalie is especially interested in continuing to expand her clinical modalities through modalities such as EMDR, ART, and DBT. She considers herself especially experienced in supporting individuals managing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Natalie will be furthering her education with an MSW by 2027.
Clinical Approach:
Natalie believes that each individual is the expert of their own lived experience and values meeting clients where they are, rather than where they are expected to be. She approaches care from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective, emphasizing compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. Natalie also brings lived expedience with chronic pain and mental health challenges, which deepens her understanding of resilience, accessibility, and the importance of supportive community connections in healing and recovery.
Hobbies:
In her free time, Natalie enjoys rewatching TV series, crocheting, diamond painting, paint-by-number, reading fiction series, and spending time with her chiweenie, Chloe, and orange tabby, Chester. She also enjoys traveling with her fiancé, Cody, with Wisconsin being her favorite destination.
