I work with individuals with Depression, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, PTSD and CPTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize an integrative approach in treatment including evidenced-based interventions, behavioral, psychodynamic, and client centered therapies such as CBT, DBT, Prolonged Exposure, and Internal Family Systems.
Hobbies:
I enjoy drawing and painting, refinishing furniture, golfing, and fishing. I’m also taking classes with my Labrador Retriever, Merlin who has a goal of becoming a therapy dog.
