Tasha is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are. She is especially interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use challenges, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Tasha enjoys helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, develop healthier coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges. She believes that everyone has the potential to grow and create meaningful change, and she values helping individuals identify their goals and discover what is possible for their lives.

Tasha takes a compassionate, person-centered, and strengths-based approach to working with clients. She believes that a genuine, trusting relationship creates a foundation for growth and meaningful change. Her approach is grounded in meeting each person where they are, listening without judgment, and recognizing that every individual has unique experiences, strengths, and needs. Tasha strives to empower clients to build practical life skills, strengthen their independence, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward goals that are meaningful to them. She values creating a supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and encouraged as they move toward greater confidence, well-being, and independence.

Hobbies:

Outside of work, Tasha enjoys living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and making time for self-care and wellness. She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, taking long walks with friends and her dog, and enjoying the outdoors. As a former professional figure skater, she still loves getting out on the ice or rollerblading around the city lakes whenever she can. She also enjoys a good movie or Netflix series and exploring new places through travel whenever the opportunity arises.
